IMSAFE is one of my check points as a pilot. My sons and I ask ourselves each question in order to determine if we will be able to fly in a safe and professional manner. It is easy to bypass any one item from this list and make a choice to fly even though we should not. However, such a choice can lead to links in the chain of events that create an NTSB report.
Just as we must make choices before we fly, we also must make choices in our spiritual walk. We choose to participate in the ways of the world or choose to walk in the way of the Lord; serve other gods (money, fame, sex ,cars) or serve God; gossip or pray? There are many, many choices. Your choices will lead you down the path of life or down the path of death. Choose life!
5T’s As you read the above verse and message, what choices are you making in the following areas of your life:
NAV LOG: Are you making choices that lead to life and bear fruit or are you making choices that ultimately lead to death? It’s never too late to ask God for forgiveness.
PIREP (Prayer Time): Lord, lead me to make choices for your kingdom and choices that lead me closer to you. Holy Spirit, fill me with wisdom for my choices that I may choose life.
